Visitor parking is located at the entrance of the neighborhood (white on green). Follow the posted signs. • Free Wi-Fi: Network available without a password. • Garbage / Recycling: Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the bins located at the second parking area. • No smoking / No pets: This is a strictly non-smoking and pet-free unit. A $200 penalty applies if this rule is not respected. • Dishes: All dishes must be clean and put away at check-out. Otherwise, a $75 cleaning fee will be charged. • Towels and face cloths: Please do not remove makeup with the provided towels/face cloths to avoid staining. • Damages or missing items: Any broken or missing item will be charged at replacement cost.
